New to Yoga?

If you’ve never done yoga before, are returning from an injury, or just want to ease in slowly, you might want to start with our gentle, restorative, or therapeutic classes. 


Other options would be our “slow flow” classes or “align and refine.” These are mixed level classes, but the “align and refine” classes in particular focus more on “form” than “flow.” Precise body mechanics and alignment are stressed, and the use of props may be used to accommodate individual differences, help create a sense of ease, and support proper alignment.
